The swim course will take you into the calm waters of Fort Lauderdale Beach, while the bike course will test your speed as you head north along A1A into Birch State Park: an Island Paradise in the middle of urban Fort Lauderdale. The park contains four distinct natural areas. To conclude, the run course along the boulevard will allow you to feel the breeze as you enjoy the sights of the City�s award-winning wavewall and signature beachfront promenade.
